Silky Wool Aran is crafted from 45% wool, 35% silk, and 20% nylon.  This yarn sits in the middle of the yarn weights at size 4.  It is useful for scarves, cowls, hats, mittens, and sweaters. The combination of wool and silk makes it a pleasure to knit. It takes US needles size 7-9
